Best kiryana store software in Pakistan (2026): 10 options compared
Which kiryana store software in Pakistan bills without internet, sells loose goods, keeps udhaar khata and costs least over three years? We checked 10 products on their own websites on 7 October 2026: what each does, what it costs in PKR, and who each one suits.
The best kiryana store software in Pakistan is the one that keeps your counter billing through load-shedding and a dead internet line, sells sugar by the kilo or by the rupee, keeps udhaar khata straight, and does not cost more every year than the shop can carry. Many products say "POS" and "grocery". Fewer do all four.
We checked ten programs offered to kiryana stores, general stores and mini marts in Pakistan, each on its own website, on 7 October 2026. For each one you will find whether it bills without internet, how much of a kiryana counter's work it describes, what it costs in PKR over one and three years, and who it suits. Where a website does not say something, we write "not stated" rather than guess. MartPOS is our own product, made by Innobrains Technologies in Jhang; we list it first, and we say plainly where the others are ahead.
How we judged the best kiryana store software in Pakistan
Five questions matter most to a kiryana or general store:
- Does it bill with no internet at all? A program on the shop PC keeps selling when the line drops; a website does not.
- Does it know a kiryana counter? Loose goods by weight or by amount ("Rs 100 ki cheeni"), packs and cartons, retail and wholesale prices, and Urdu item names.
- Does it keep the money straight? Udhaar khata with a limit for each customer, supplier payables, and books that agree.
- What does it really cost? A published PKR price, what is extra (counters, users, setup, FBR), and the total over three years.
- FBR: if your shop must report its invoices to FBR, can the software do it?

How to choose
Before you settle on the best kiryana store software in Pakistan for your own shop, try it at your own counter:
- Test it with the internet unplugged. Bill, return and print with the cable out, then plug it back in and check nothing was lost.
- Sell Rs 100 of sugar and a carton of biscuits. Then check the stock of both.
- Put one customer on udhaar over their limit. See what the software does.
- Add up three years: subscription, setup, extra counters and users, branches, FBR and the phone app.
- Ask how you would leave: can you export your items, stock and udhaar to Excel?
Our guide to switching a general store from a register to a POS walks through the move itself, and the kiryana store software page shows what MartPOS does at the counter.
Every product's prices and features are as published on its own website on 7 October 2026, as linked above; "not stated" means we did not find it there. MartPOS's prices are from its live pricing page. All product names are trademarks of their owners.
