Terms of use (draft)

Draft, pending legal review. Written in plain language; it is not yet in force and will change before MartPOS is offered generally.

1. What MartPOS is today

MartPOS is software in development by Innobrains Technologies: a Windows point of sale with a store server, and MartPOS Cloud. It is not yet production-ready. Features described on this site as planned are not available.

2. Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and turn on two-step sign-in. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for the store PCs you pair with it. Revoke a PC you no longer control.

3. Your data

Your shop's records are yours. We use them only to provide MartPOS to you, as described in the privacy policy. A suspension of your licence does not delete your data.

4. Tax and FBR

MartPOS reports your invoices to FBR through FBR's POS system only if you switch FBR POS reporting on; it is off until then. Registering with FBR, the tax rates and PCT codes you use, and your tax and fiscal obligations stay yours, and nothing on this site is tax advice. Confirm them with FBR or your tax adviser.

5. The licence offline

Each store PC holds a signed licence grant for a limited time plus a grace period. On the Cloud edition a grant never runs past the end of your paid period or trial; on the Offline edition it runs to the end of the period you paid for. Changes to your licence reach a PC when it next connects.

6. Fees

Plans and prices are on the pricing page, in PKR, with no setup fee. You choose a plan in the owner portal and pay its invoice by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa; the plan starts when we have verified the payment. When a trial or paid period ends, a grace period follows; after it, new sales and purchases stop on your store PCs, while your records stay readable and are never deleted. Nothing on this site takes a card payment.

7. Fair use

Do not try to reach other businesses' data, overload the service, or pair PCs you are not entitled to.

8. Liability and everything else

Warranty, liability, governing law and dispute terms are still to be written with legal advice.
